Through Family Support Services, QPRC provides services including Planned In-Home Respite, After-school Respite, Family Reimbursement and Outreach. Medicaid-provided services include Service Coordination, Residential Habilitation and In-Home Respite. Services are currently provided for residents of New York City, Nassau and Suffolk Counties. |
